Mugurelul National performance festival is dedicated to children and pupils, members of the art workshops of the children’s clubs and palaces, kindergartens, secondary and high schools within and outside the country. The following sections are organizes: vocal performance, instrumental performance, folk groups of children and youth from Romania, folk groups of children and youth from abroad.
